Delta Blue

Ken is a black police officer working in the heart of the Mississippi Delta. When he’s assigned to partner with Brietta – a young, white prosecutor – on a high-stakes murder case, their professional alliance quickly becomes more complicated. Haunted by the ghosts of a past relationship, Ken finds himself drawn to her in ways he never expected.

But pursuing those feelings means navigating a minefield of obstacles: an adversarial fellow officer determined to undermine him, neighbors quick to judge, and the deeper fears he carries within himself. Caught between duty, desire and the weight of community expectations, Ken must decide whether he can embrace a future that challenges everything he’s known – or retreat into the shadows of his past.
